The bale opening is 8mm and will fit most bulky chains/cords. The wrapped wire is pure copper, not copper colored steel. It is 24 gauge. The copper is a metallic reddish-brown color. The polished, shaped jasper stone is various shades of purple. The colors may vary according your device's screen settings. The overall width of the stone is 30mm. The height is 60mm including the bale. A coated cotton/faux leather cord is included. It is approximately 20 inches. Copper will oxidize over time. It tarnishes like a penny would.
